DTF Ghana – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with DTF Ghana, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, customers, vendors, and affiliates.

2. Products and Services

DTF Ghana specializes in:

  • DTF Transfers

  • Custom Printing

  • Blank Apparel Sales

  • Printing Supplies and Consumables

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or update information without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before production or dispatch.

  • We accept payments via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, and Cash (In-Person Pick-Up Only).

  • Orders not confirmed with payment within 48 hours may be automatically cancelled.

4. Turnaround Time

Production time begins after full payment and artwork approval (where applicable). Our standard turnaround is 1–2 business days, but larger or custom orders may require more time.

Express services are available at an additional fee.

5. Artwork & Design Files

  • Artwork must be provided in high-resolution PNG, PSD, PDF, or AI formats.

  • If design support is needed, a design fee will apply.

  • DTF Ghana will not be held responsible for printing errors resulting from poor-quality or low-resolution files submitted by the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via local courier services or available for pick-up in Accra.

  • Standard delivery time is 1–5 business days, depending on location.

  • Delivery charges apply unless otherwise stated (see shipping policy).

  • DTF Ghana is not liable for delays caused by courier services, wrong addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of DTF printing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a design has been approved and printed.

However, if there is a genuine error on our part (e.g., wrong design, incorrect size, or defective item), we will offer a replacement or credit upon review within 3 days of receiving your order.

8. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have permission to use it. DTF Ghana is not responsible for any copyright violations and reserves the right to refuse any order suspected of infringing on intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

DTF Ghana will not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of business or profit

  • Issues arising from customer-provided artwork or specifications

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the product(s) purchased.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the order process is used solely for processing and delivery and will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

11. Changes to Terms

DTF Ghana reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
