Turnaround Times
DTF Transfers & Custom Print Orders
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are processed and shipped the same or next business day.
Supplies & Consumables
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT will typically ship on the same business day.
Blank Apparel
Orders placed before 4:30 PM GMT will typically ship on the same business day.
We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly within 1–2 business days. In rare cases, processing may take up to 3 business days, but Express Orders and Priority Production orders are always expedited.
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across Ghana and are expanding to serve select West African countries. For locations outside Accra or major cities, please allow extra delivery time. Additional charges may apply based on distance and delivery partner availability.
Note: Orders of blank apparel delivered outside of Ghana are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Free Delivery:
Orders of GHS 1000 or more qualify for free standard shipping within Accra.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to worldwide. Rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please contact us directly if your destination is not listed.

We work closely with reliable courier partners, but delivery timelines may be affected by:

Incomplete or incorrect address information
While we’ll do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, DTF Ghana is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or WhatsApp. Kindly allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to update in the courier’s system.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us with your name, order number, and email or phone number.
