We offer printing across different fabric options, including Polyester Cotton, 100% Cotton, Woodin, Duplex and Nustyle, allowing you to select the material that best suits your clothing line, uniform, promotional project or custom textile production.

Our listed pricing is based on 12-yard pieces, making it easier to estimate the cost of larger production runs.

Minimum Order Quantity

Polyester Cotton can be ordered without the same bulk-production requirement applying to the other premium fabric options.

For 100% Cotton, Woodin, Duplex and Nustyle, production starts from a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces.

For example, where each piece is 12 yards, an MOQ of 100 pieces represents approximately 1,200 yards of fabric.

Artwork & Colour Requirements

For 100% Cotton, Woodin, Duplex and Nustyle, the standard pricing is based on artwork containing up to 3 colours.

Your design should therefore ideally contain no more than three print colours. Designs with more than 3 colours can still be produced, but additional colour, screen or production setup charges will apply.

The final additional charge will depend on the total number of colours contained in the artwork and the production requirements of the design.

Artwork Development & Production Setup

Custom fabric printing may require artwork preparation, colour separation, screen development and other production setup before bulk printing begins.

Where your artwork requires additional development or production preparation, these costs will be confirmed with you before production starts.

For the best results, customers should submit clear, high-resolution artwork showing the intended colours, pattern and design arrangement.

Production Process

Once your fabric type, quantity, artwork and colours have been confirmed, your order proceeds through artwork preparation, production setup and bulk fabric printing.

Because this is a custom manufacturing service, production only begins after the artwork and specifications have been approved and the required payment has been made.

Lead times may vary depending on the complexity of the design, number of colours, fabric selected and total quantity ordered.
