Refund & Reprint Policy – DTF Ghana
At DTF Ghana, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us first—we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge our Shipping, Return, and Refund policy.
REFUNDS & REPRINTS
We offer a 30-day window for refund or reprint requests.
If you experience issues with your order—such as print quality defects or errors due to our production process—reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly reprint your order or process a refund, provided it meets our eligibility criteria.

Refunds or reprints will not be issued for poor quality designs or artwork that did not meet our file submission guidelines.
All refund/reprint requests outside of production errors must be reviewed and approved by management.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Ensure your artwork meets the required specifications for DTF Transfers or UV DTF PermaStickers before submitting.
Double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We send a confirmation email with your order summary—please review it carefully.
BLANK ITEMS
Returns for blank items (e.g., blank apparel or drinkware) must be made within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return items must be sent with your Order Number clearly written inside the package to:

Once we receive and verify the return, we’ll process your refund promptly.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund hasn’t been received within 7 business days:
Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time to reflect.
Speak with your bank; there may be internal processing delays.
